Dr. Alejandro Espaillat is a compassionate and caring doctor who takes his time to answer all your questions and he explains cataract surgery and recovery in great detail. I had my right eye done 2,years ago and recently my left with no complications and I highly recommend Dr. Espaillat who is now located at South Florida Eye Institute 6233 N University Drive Tamarac Fl.The staff is very attentive also at this office.

Dr Espaillat is amazing. He is very thorough with his eye exams making sure you don't fall through the cracks. He fixed my major problems and now is working on my others. He keeps up and makes sure you are following up with your med regimen. He is a caring of his patients, very knowledgeable and just an example other doctors should follow.

An excellent doctor! Very thorough, very concerned, makes the time to explain everything, very easy to speak with and unlike others lets you speak and ask questions. Easy to see his passion and earnest desire to make his patients happy. Had a recent cataract surgery with him and he was so calming and reassuring that I relaxed and remained calm throughout the entire procedure. Great experience on many levels.
